For general troubleshooting, device setup, personal tutoring, Wi-Fi optimization, or on-site technical assistance, I use a simple, transparent hourly structure.

• Hourly Rate: $60 / hour

• One-Hour Minimum: A one-hour minimum charge applies to all in-home appointments.

• Fair Billing: After the first hour, I bill in fair 30-minute increments so you only pay for the time you actually use.

• No Travel Fees: Travel is completely free within my primary Ottawa service area.

• Physical Dust Cleaning: An internal physical cleaning to clear dust out of your computer's cooling fans and vents, improving airflow, preventing overheating, and extending component life.
